Signature Wire Bracelets by Alex and Ani
Alex and Ani jewelry goes beyond basic symbols to capture the energy and spirit of the individual. Did you know that feathers represent charity, hope, and faith while the sunflower exudes strength and optimism? When you combine Alex and Ani charm bracelets, you tell a story—the story of who you are and how you want to live your life. Each collection of bracelets should be as unique as the person wearing it. With one of the biggest collection of Alex and Ani bracelets around, you’re sure to find exactly the message you’re looking for at The Little Traveler. Each charm bracelet comes with a meaning card, making a special gift even more important.
Alex and Ani wire bracelets are made in American factories with a recycled brass base. The proprietary finish is a nickel-free blend of mixed metals, also recycled to be eco-friendly and reinforce the positive energy of each piece. Many styles in our store are part of the Charity by Design collection— charms designed for specific charites. 20 % of proceeds from each Charity by Design bracelet goes to the designated charity.
Trollbeads is so much more than pretty bracelets or necklaces. It’s functional art, finding inspiration from mythology, astrology, fairy tales, fauna, flora, cultural diversity, and even familiar, everyday things. Looking at the Trollbeads collection is more like viewing an art gallery rather than shopping for jewelry. Trollbeads have won international artistic recognition and have recently been exhibited at Sculpture Objects & Functional Art in Chicago and New York.
Patricia Locke jewelry is immediately recognized for its distinct asymmetry. Metal combines with semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals, glass beads and pearls. It is modern with an heirloom quality. Patricia Locke is self taught in jewelry design. She made her first pieces in 1971. The business started small with private sales of fine jewelry. It grew to become the first designer costume jewelry line. In 1997, Patricia partnered with Deborah Rethemeyer. The two women design new collections each year. The inspiration for new designs come from architecture, archeology, astronomy and global travel. Each new group tells a different color story.
