- 1 jar Little Traveler Lemon Curd
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 oz. Cool Whip
Directions
Reserve 1/3 cup Lemon Curd for frosting. Prepare cake mix according to directions, adding remaining Lemon Curd. Bake according to directions. Cool cake. Mix the 1/3 cup of reserved Lemon Curd with Cool Whip. Frost cake. If desired, zest with fresh lemon on top. Enjoy!
