A Social Gathering with Jane Addams
Betsey Means will portray Nobel Peace Prize winner Jane Addams, who devoted her life to defending the underprivileged and oppressed. She’s the co-founder of the world-famous Hull-House, established in a densely populated Chicago neighborhood, where she and other residents formed a powerful reform movement. Together, they helped launch protective organizations and legislation benefiting immigrants, children, and women.
