Lemon Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix*
- 2 large eggs
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups water
- Stonewall Kitchen’s Wild Maine Blueberry Jam*
- The Little Traveler’s own Lemon Curd*
Directions
Take your waffles to a whole new level. Prepare Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix as directed for waffles. Top waffles with Wild Maine Blueberry Jam and lemon curd. As pretty as they are delicious.
