Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
- 3 bags White, Milk, or Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers*
- 1 bag Crushed Red and Green Peppermint*
Directions
Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil. Melt wafers and spread melted mixture thinly into pan. Sprinkle with peppermint chips and press lightly to ensure they stick. Refrigerate until hardened. Break into pieces and serve—or bag for a homemade gift.
