Roasted Red Pepper Cheesy Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Wind & Willow Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix*
  • 1 French baguette
  • 4 Tbs butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette lengthwise then cut in half to make 4 large slices. Butter slices and sprinkle evenly with half of the dip mix. Cover with cheese and top with remainder of the mix. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, approximately 10 minutes.
