Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Wind & Willow Spinach-Artichoke Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix*
  • 4 cups cooked mostaccioli noodles
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 cup milk or cream

Directions

In saucepan over low heat, combine packets 1 and 2 of Spinach Artichoke Cheeseball Mix, cream cheese, sour cream, and milk (add more or less for desired consistency). Stir until ingredients are thoroughly heated and smooth. Pour over noodles and chicken. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
