February is Canned Food Month. Though it's the shortest month of the year, it can feel very long and cold for families who have to decide between heat or food. So we're hosting a food drive that'll last all month long to help out our neighbors in need through the Northern Illinois Food Bank. The hunt is on! Starting March 1, hop around our store to find baskets filled with great new items for spring. Choose your favorite and enter to win it. Just pick up a form at any register, fill it out, then hop around the store to find the baskets. Drop your completed slip into the box by the basket you’d most like to win. Chair Caning

Chair caning is not a lost art.  Your broken caned chairs can be made functional again by Jules Caning Shop based in Westville, IN. Chairs will be picked up here and brought back to the shop for reweaving. They’ll be returned to The Little Traveler for pick up. Knife Sharpening
